البيانات التي نجمعها
بيانات الموقع (GPS): بعد منح الإذن، يُستخدم موقعك لعرض الخريطة والتنبيهات القريبة ولرحلة الملاحة التي تبدأها، وتقييم مخاطر المنعطفات وسرعة الانقلاب (Rollover Risk). قد تُرسل الإحداثيات لمزودي المسارات والخرائط والطقس. تستمر الملاحة النشطة بخدمة أمامية وإشعار ظاهر؛ لا نرسل نقاط GPS مستمرة كتتبع حي.
الكاميرا والذكاء الاصطناعي (AI Dashcam & ADAS): عند تفعيل ميزات مساعد السائق المتقدم (ADAS)، تُستخدم الكاميرا لمسح الطريق لحساب مسافة الأمان وتفادي التصادم (FCW) والانحراف عن الحارة (LDWS)، أو لرصد مؤشرات النعاس والإرهاق (DMS). تتم معالجة كافة الإطارات محلياً بالكامل على هاتفك (On-Device AI) في أجزاء من الثانية دون إرسال أي فيديو لسيرفراتنا. تسجيلات الطوارئ للداش كام تُحفظ محلياً على جهازك فقط.
شبكة المش التكافلية بدون إنترنت (Offline Mesh P2P): تُستخدم تقنية البلوتوث منخفض الطاقة (BLE) لتبادل حزم الإنذارات وأخطار الطريق الطارئة أوفلاين بين الشاحنات المتقاطعة في المناطق الصحراوية والحدودية المنقطعة عن التغطية. الحزم خالية تماماً من أي هوية شخصية وتقتصر على نوع العائق وإحداثياته.
بيانات المواد الخطرة (HAZMAT) وطوابير الموانئ: يُستخدم تصنيف الحمولة لتوجيه الشاحنة عبر مسارات آمنة بيئياً وتفادي الأنفاق وخزانات المياه المحظورة، وتُحلل سرعات العبور لحساب زمن الانتظار في طوابير الموانئ والموازين بشكل مجهول الهوية.
البريد الإلكتروني ومعلومات الحساب: تُستخدم لتسجيل الدخول، المصادقة، وإدارة حسابك بشكل آمن.
ملف الشاحنة (Truck Profile): الأبعاد والوزن ونوع الحمولة للمساعدة في تقييم قيود الطريق المتاحة. البيانات قد تكون ناقصة ولا تمثل ضماناً لسلامة المسار أو خلوص الكباري.
بيانات الرحلات: المسار المتبع، المسافة المقطوعة، والوقت المستغرق لتحسين خدماتنا.
البلاغات: يُحفظ نوع البلاغ وموقعه والخلوص الذي تدخله محلياً حتى الإرسال، ثم يُربط بحسابك في لوحة المراجعة.
التشخيص والإشعارات: تستخدم Firebase لمعلومات الاستخدام وتقارير الأعطال والإشعارات، وقد تعالج معرفات التثبيت وبيانات الجهاز والتشخيص.
المشتريات: تُستخدم بيانات شراء الاشتراك للتحقق من الاستحقاق على الخادم. لا تُعرض تحويلات المحافظ اليدوية في إعداد نسخة Google Play الافتراضي.
كيفية التخزين وحماية البيانات
نحن نستخدم أحدث تقنيات التشفير لحماية بياناتك:
- محلياً: تُحفظ البيانات الحساسة على جهازك باستخدام SQLCipher (تشفير قواعد البيانات) و Flutter Secure Storage.
- سحابياً: يتم التواصل مع خوادمنا (api.elnemer-ai.com) عبر بروتوكولات آمنة (HTTPS) وباستخدام Sanctum Tokens لضمان سرية المصادقة.
حقوقك تجاه بياناتك
للاستفسار عن بياناتك أو طلب المساعدة، تواصل معنا عبر البريد الموضح أدناه. يمكنك:
- حذف الحساب: يمكنك حذف حسابك وكافة بياناتك المرتبطة به مباشرة من داخل إعدادات التطبيق.
- طلب نسخة من البيانات: يمكنك مراسلتنا لطلب نسخة من كافة البيانات التي نحتفظ بها عنك.
- إيقاف التتبع: يمكنك إيقاف مشاركة الموقع في أي وقت من إعدادات جهازك (علماً بأن بعض ميزات الملاحة قد تتوقف عن العمل).

At Nemer Digital Solutions, we are committed to protecting your privacy and personal data. This policy explains how we collect, use, and store your data when you use the "Naqel Pro" application.
Data We Collect
Location Data (GPS): With permission, location supports the map, nearby alerts, active navigation, and curvature rollover prediction. Coordinates may be sent to routing, map and weather providers. Active navigation continues through a foreground service with a visible notification; we do not send a continuous GPS trail for live tracking.
Camera & Edge AI (AI Dashcam & ADAS): When Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) or Dashcam features are enabled, the camera is used strictly to scan the forward roadway for collision headway (FCW), lane markings (LDWS), or driver alertness (DMS). All computer vision processing happens 100% locally on-device in real time without transmitting video feeds to external servers. Emergency Dashcam clips are stored locally on your device only.
Offline Truck-to-Truck Mesh Network (P2P): Low-power Bluetooth (BLE) is utilized to anonymously exchange emergency hazard packets (accidents, road collapses, security hazards) directly with nearby oncoming trucks in remote desert or border areas lacking cellular reception. Packets contain no personal identity or user data.
HAZMAT & Port Queue Intelligence: Hazardous cargo classification guides navigation through environmentally certified corridors bypassing restricted tunnels, and truck flow speeds near ports and weigh scales are anonymously aggregated to estimate real-time queue wait times.
Email and Account Info: Used for secure registration, authentication, and account management.
Truck Profile: Dimensions, weight and cargo type help evaluate available road restrictions. Data may be incomplete and does not guarantee route safety or bridge clearance.
Trip Data: Routes taken, distance, and duration, to improve our services and algorithms.
Reports: Report type, location and any entered clearance are stored locally pending submission, then linked to your account for moderation.
Diagnostics and notifications: Firebase handles usage information, crash reports and notifications and may process installation identifiers, device information and diagnostics.
Purchases: Subscription purchase information is used for server-side entitlement verification. Manual wallet transfers are hidden in the default Google Play build configuration.
Data Storage and Protection
We use state-of-the-art encryption technologies to secure your data:
- Locally: Sensitive data is stored on your device using SQLCipher (encrypted database) and Flutter Secure Storage.
- Cloud: All communication with our servers (api.elnemer-ai.com) is encrypted via HTTPS and secured using Sanctum Tokens.
Your Data Rights

- Account Deletion: You can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly from the app settings.
- Data Access Request: You can contact us to request a copy of all the data we hold about you.
- Opt-out of Tracking: You can disable location sharing at any time through your device settings (note: navigation features will be impaired).
