• The driver is solely responsible for strictly adhering to all local traffic laws, regulations, and road signs.
• The driver must verify the truck's dimensions and load limits against actual road conditions (e.g., bridges, tunnels), regardless of the app's routing suggestions.

• Any direct or indirect damages, injuries, or accidents resulting from the use of the app.
• Traffic violations, fines, or penalties incurred by the driver.
• Damages to vehicles or cargo caused by relying on suggested routes that may be unsuitable in reality.
